This one-and-a-half-handed is a decorative interpretation of the Mastersword from the game series The Legend of Zelda by the Japanese manufacturer of video games and game consoles Nintendo.
The approx. 110 cm long sword has a 77.5 cm long blade made of 420HC stainless steel. Its handle is wrapped in blue and green faux leather. The guard and pommel are made of gold-anodised aluminium. The scabbard is made of wood, covered with faux leather and has a locket and a chape.

The iconic sword has its origins in the video game series centred around the hero Link. There it is known as a divine magic sword that can only be carried by the chosen hero. Link uses the holy to defeat Ganon and other evil forces.
